With 1948 revolution as the background, a group of cadets become an elite guerilla troop after a massive killing of prospective soldiers in 1947. Having finished a mission that ends with the loss of its members, the team is tested for its loyalty by their leader’s resignation, Amir (Lukman Sardi), from the military. The cadets bring their vengeful spirit against the Dutch during a mission trip to Bali, where Dayan (T Rifnu Wikana), who is dumb, lives.
The troop is dispatched to Bali to kill Colonel Raymer (Michael Bell) who has murdered Tomas’s family (Donny Alamsyah) in the beginning of this trilogy. Tomas is chosen as the new leader of the team. Facing the Dutch’s warship cannon, the playboy drinker, Marius (Darius Sinathrya), has to cope with his fear due to his rivalry with Tomas to get Senja, a girl of noble descent (Rahayu Saraswati).
Upon their arrival in Bali, these cadets save Dayu (Ranggani Puspandya) from Colonel Raymer’s cruelty. One of their members is almost killed. When their friend is in limbo between life and death, the group meet with the leader of an underground movement Wayan Suta (Nugie). Tomas then clashes with his previous leader Amir as they prepare the last attack against Raymer.
